With the increase in the amount of garbage, garbage disposal will become an important problem we have to face. Garbage sorting machines are a group of garbage disposal production lines composed of components with various screening functions. Garbage here will be automatically divided into several categories such as plastics, metals, organic garbage, inorganic garbage, and paper garbage. 1. Wind sorting: The basic principle is that the airflow takes the lighter materials upward or horizontally to a farther place, while the heavy materials settle because the rising airflow cannot support them, or are thrown horizontally to a closer distance due to inertia. The wind sorting process is based on the settling law of various solid particles in the air. Wind sorting mainly recycles recyclable components such as paper and plastic.
2. Magnetic separation: It is mainly used for the classification of mineral resources. The working principle of magnetic separation is that after the materials to be selected are fed into the sorting space of the magnetic separator, they are subjected to the combined action of magnetic force and other mechanical forces (such as gravity, centrifugal force, friction, medium resistance, etc.).
3. 3D sorting: A conveying equipment with separation function designed for the sorting of inorganic particles in garbage after coarse crushing. The machine uses the characteristics of garbage materials after crushing. The conveyor belt is designed with a bouncing function to bounce and separate inorganic particles or other hard particles while conveying materials on one side. The separated particles move in the opposite direction of the conveying material, thereby achieving the purpose of garbage sorting. 3D sorting mainly selects components such as batteries, ceramics, bricks and stones.
4. Density sorting: It is mainly based on the density of the object, and the garbage with different density values is classified.
