The garbage screening machine can separate waste fabrics, plastic bags, and other debris from the recycled aggregate of decoration waste, and can also remove large and medium-sized wooden blocks and plastic stool waste.

Step 1: Use a loader to pour the decoration waste concrete blocks into the company's vibrating feeder. The material is sent out through a belt conveyor and enters the garbage crusher. After a series of processes such as crushing, shaping, and peeling, the steel bars and concrete are separated, and the steel bars and aggregates fall into the belt conveyor. The steel bars are sucked away and recycled by the iron remover above the belt conveyor, and the aggregates are sent to the bar screening machine at the screening station for screening.

Step 2: Screening station operation. The mixed aggregates are sieved by a vibrating screen. The first layer of the screen has a diameter of 40mm (standard), and the aggregates and light materials with a diameter greater than 40mm are sieved by the vibrating screen into the return belt and impurity removal belt, respectively. The aggregates with a diameter greater than 4cm continue to be crushed by the crusher until they meet the particle size requirements of the customer. The aggregates with a diameter less than 4cm fall into the second layer of the screen (standard with a diameter of 2cm), the aggregates with a diameter less than 2cm and greater than 1cm enter the finished material pile through the belt conveyor, and the aggregates with a diameter less than 1cm enter the finished material pile through the belt conveyor.

After two rounds of screening, the impurity separation rate reached 98%. Concrete and waste bricks and stones are used to produce coarse and fine aggregates, which can be used to produce concrete, mortar of corresponding strength grades, or to prepare building materials such as blocks, wall panels, and floor tiles. After adding solidified materials to coarse and fine aggregates, they can also be used for highway pavement base. Waste brick and tile production aggregates can be used to produce recycled bricks, blocks, wall panels, floor tiles and other building materials products. Slag soil can be used for road construction, pile foundation filling, foundation, etc. Abandoned wood construction waste, wood that has not been significantly damaged can be directly reused elsewhere, and severely damaged wooden components can be used as raw materials for recycled wood panels or papermaking, etc.

The entire equipment has achieved fully automatic control, which is reliable, safe, easy to operate, and has strong and reliable functions. With high processing capacity and clean sorting, it is currently known as one of the largest and cleanest garbage treatment equipment in China. It is also an environmentally friendly equipment advocated by the country.
