1. Primary screening: The decoration garbage materials after manual sorting are sent to the vibrating feeder by the loader. The materials smaller than the gaps of the grid bars are screened by the grate bars and transferred to the magnetic separator by the belt conveyor for iron screening. The materials larger than the particle size are directly transferred to the feed port of the crusher for crushing;

 

2. Primary crushing: The materials larger than the particle size of the screen are transferred to the crusher. After multiple stages of crushing, they are de-ironized again by the magnetic separator. The separated magnetic metals such as steel bars are transferred to the outside of the equipment by the belt conveyor, waiting for recycling;

 

3. Primary sorting: Aggregates after de-ironization and aggregates transferred by the primary screening Mix at the air separation equipment, and separate the plastic, paper, wood chips and other light materials in the materials through the wind of the air separator. The building aggregates can be recycled, and the light materials can be packaged for processing;

4. Closed-loop circulation: The decoration waste completes a complete set of crushing, screening, and impurity removal process under the above treatment. Slightly larger materials can be returned for reprocessing through the return belt conveyor, forming a closed-loop circulation to improve the crushing efficiency;

5. Harmless production: The production site is equipped with noise reduction and dust removal equipment such as fog cannons and sprinklers. In the process of building decoration waste treatment, dust and secondary pollution are reduced as much as possible to avoid adverse effects on the surrounding environment and achieve harmless and environmentally friendly production.
