Construction waste, as a mixture of various building materials waste, is directly buried without treatment, which not only damages the natural ecological environment, but also is a huge waste of resources. If construction waste is recycled, it can be turned into treasure and reused as a renewable resource, which is an effective way to save resources and protect the ecology.

After sorting, removing or crushing, most of the waste in construction waste can be reused through the following ways:

（1） Construction waste is crushed and sorted into coarse and fine aggregates, which replace natural aggregates to prepare concrete, road base materials, and building bricks.

（2） Steel doors and windows, scrap steel bars, iron nails, cast iron pipes, black and white iron sheets, etc. are sorted and sent to non-ferrous metal smelters or steel plants for recycling.

（3） Waste bricks and tiles can be reused after cleaning. Waste ceramic tiles and ceramic sanitary ware are crushed, sorted, and pressed into shape to produce permeable tiles or sintered tiles.

（4） Waste glass is sieved and sent to a microcrystalline glass factory or glass factory for raw material production of glass or production of microcrystalline glass.

（5） Wooden frame, wooden doors and windows can be reused or processed for reuse, or used to manufacture medium density fiberboard, or compressed into biomass fuel pellets after crushing.

（6） Various plastics can be dissolved, compressed, drawn, and sheared into plastic particles.
