There are three modes for the resource utilization and reuse of construction and decoration waste: on-site utilization, decentralized treatment, and centralized treatment. The proportion of construction waste that is directly or disposed of as recycled aggregate is relatively high: the conversion rate of construction waste production into aggregate can generally reach 85%, and the sales price is about 60% of the price of natural sand and gravel aggregate, which does not include potential government subsidies. The "money" prospect is very considerable.

So what policy subsidies and support can be enjoyed by investing in a construction and decoration waste treatment plant?

Construction and decoration waste disposal projects can enjoy policy support such as franchising, project land use, disposal fees, and environmental protection special funds, which may vary depending on local policies. The Ministry of Construction stipulates that garbage disposal projects can have franchise rights for no more than 30 years, and enterprises can franchise for 10-30 years. There will be no new enterprises of the same type in the surrounding area, and products produced from recycled aggregates in construction and decoration waste can be exempted from taxes.

The recycling and reuse of construction and decoration waste can not only protect the environment and reduce its impact, but also save a lot of construction funds and resources by adopting scientific management and effective measures to reduce and reuse it.
