Step 1: Excavation and Transportation

Excavators excavate and load stale/construction waste into dump truck compartments, transporting it to the feeding device of the screening equipment; For garbage piles with steep slopes, there are safety hazards when transport vehicles shuttle back and forth on the pile. Excavators can work on the pile to transport materials from the pile to the sorting equipment feeding device through conveyor belts;

Step 2: Feeding

Use loading equipment to load stale/construction waste into the feeding machine, and evenly and limitedly feed it into the fabric machine to separate large volume construction waste and other waste that cannot be directly screened and processed, in order to reduce or avoid damage to the equipment.

Step 3: Manual Sorting

The coarse bricks, pottery and other large pieces of garbage sorted by the fabric machine are manually sorted by the sorting table to select large pieces of fabric, rubber wheels, iron bars, etc., while other materials enter the drum screen.

Step 4: Drum screening

By using a drum screening machine, aged garbage/construction waste is divided into two parts: undersized material and undersized material. The undersized material is selected as ferromagnetic material by a magnetic separator, while the other materials become humus soil; The screened material is subjected to a magnetic separator to select ferromagnetic materials, while other materials are transported to a comprehensive air separation equipment.

Step 5: Comprehensive Wind Selection

The screened material is separated from light materials by the action of a bulk drum screen and a fan with adjustable air volume and speed. Heavy materials are output by the output machine for use in building blocks; Light material compression for external transportation and incineration for power generation.
