Construction waste treatment projects can enjoy franchise projects, land use, disposal fees, and policy support such as environmental protection special funds due to different local policies. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Construction, garbage disposal projects can have franchise rights for no more than 30 years, and enterprises can franchise for 10-30 years. 1. Some policy support

2. Provide appropriate subsidies to pilot enterprises for resource utilization
The initial investment in construction waste treatment plants is relatively large, and the specific forms and methods of subsidies will be implemented by local supervisory and regulatory departments. Generally speaking, there are more subsidies for construction and decoration waste. Due to the characteristics of decoration waste, the added value and quantity of separated aggregates are relatively low compared to construction and demolition waste.
Compensation for demolition waste: determined by local authorities based on the situation (demolition parties may indirectly compensate according to the mode of clearing fees). Or compensate with a relatively reasonable price)
Compensation fee for decoration waste: to be determined by each region based on the situation (55-140 yuan/ton, varies by location)
Construction waste removal fee: 1-1:1.5/ton/kilometer

Including the establishment of fixed storage areas, the construction of fixed production lines, synthetic product yards, etc.; The government usually provides project land starting from 50 acres, ranging from tens to hundreds, and the specific land size is determined based on the processing capacity. Land is generally reserved and allocated by the government to relevant enterprises; Land use rights are generally equivalent to long-term management rights. Enterprises that purchase project land on their own can enjoy preferential land use policies for public welfare;
4. Coordination and cooperation
Fully cooperate with the treatment of lightweight materials in construction waste (thermal power generation), environmental impact assessment, and recycling supporting facilities (recycling brick permit, recycling concrete production permit), solve the fundamental problems of urban development, and advocate sustainable development.
5. Tax compensation

6. Water and electricity compensation
