Construction and decoration waste sorting equipment production line process

 

1. Primary screening: The decoration waste material after manual sorting is sent to the vibrating feeder by the loader. The material that is smaller than the gap of the grid bar is screened by the grate bar and is transmitted to the magnetic separator by the belt conveyor for iron screening. The material larger than the particle size is directly conveyed to the crusher feed port for crushing;

 

2. Primary crushing: The material larger than the particle size of the screen is conveyed Into the crusher, after multiple stages of crushing, it is again de-ironized by the magnetic separator. The separated magnetic metals such as steel bars are conveyed to the outside of the equipment through a belt conveyor, waiting for recycling;

 

3. Primary sorting: The aggregates after de-ironization and the aggregates transmitted by the initial screening are mixed at the air separation equipment. The light materials such as plastics, paper, and wood chips in the materials are separated by the wind force of the air separator. The building aggregates can be recycled and the light materials can be packaged for processing;

 

4. Closed-loop circulation: The decoration waste completes a complete set of crushing, screening, and impurity removal process under the above treatment. Slightly larger materials can be returned for reprocessing through the return belt conveyor, forming a closed-loop circulation to improve the crushing efficiency;

 

5. Harmless production: The production site is equipped with noise reduction and dust removal equipment such as fog cannons and sprinklers.
